Order Cancellation Please note: Orders CANNOT be changed, modified, or canceled after checkout. Exchange Policy StyleMe Designs Inc. will accept exchanges for orders that are Eligible.
  1. Eligibility: StyleMe Designs Inc. accepts exchanges for items that meet the following criteria:
    • Unworn
    • Unwashed
    • Undamaged
    • Unaltered
    • In sellable condition
    • Have the original tags attached
    • Have the hygiene sticker intact (if applicable)
  2. Timeframe:
    • Exchanges for eligible items must be initiated within 30 days from the day your order was shipped.
    • Once the original item is received by our warehouse the exchange item(s) will be packaged and shipped out.
  3. Original Shipping Charges: Original shipping charges are non-refundable. If your original order had free shipping, a $6.95 fee will be added to an exchange.
  4. U.S. Address: This policy is applicable for orders shipped to a U.S. address.

Damaged Goods

  3. Shoe Box Packaging: When exchanging shoes, it’s crucial to encase the shoe boxes in another box for shipping. StyleMe Designs does not accept exchanges if stickers and return labels are directly applied to the shoe box, or if the shoe box is damaged.
